Ria Jade is a 16-yr-old singer/songwriter/musician/motivational speaker who wants to inspire many to be the best that they can be through her music, example, and motivational speeches. Also a very talented host, Ria opened for the Miss World Canada 2014 Coronation Pageant gala last May, performed, and hosted the Question-and-Answer portion for the Top 16 semi-finalists, making her one of the youngest (if not the youngest) national pageant hosts in Canadian history. Among Ria’s achievements are: being featured on MuchMusic TV for her song, "Give Your Heart a Break" (2013), being featured on the One Direction website as one of their favorite covers (2012);  being one of only four Wild Card Auditions from more than 4,000 contestants across Canada for The Next Star; winning the Ridgemeadows Got Talent Youth Championship (2012); being featured on SHAW Channel 4’s The Express as one of B.C.’s Brightest Stars (2012) and receiving the Young Composer's Award, from the PS98 Music Ministry in Surrey (2009).

A passionate artist who wants to make a huge difference in the community, Ria spearheaded the Breaking Barriers fundraiser concert that raised close to $5000 for Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda victims in Dec. 2013 (with the help of the Canadian Red Cross). She also spoke before the Pitt Meadows Municipal Council last April 2014 to endorse the official declaration of Youth Week and was recently nominated for the Youth Leadership Awards for the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. Ria currently hosts her own TV show on SHAW Multicultural Channel 116.
